The Slauson Family {Mt.Doug Family Portrait}

Mike and Melinda decided to take their Texan family on a vacation to Vancouver Island this summer. I love Southern Accents! The whole family were so sweet, and the three little ones, Will, Alex and Emma were the BEST BEHAVED CHILDREN I have ever seen, and have had the pleasure to photograph.

I don’t hold anything against children that don’t like to pose for me – it’s intimidating to have a big camera in your face, even for grown-ups. But these three were amazing! Especially Emma, the camera just loved her.

It was a beautiful day on Mt.Doug with views of the island and ocean below, what a great idea to get your family portrait done on vacay! This is my second encounter with that and it’s fun meeting people from different parts.
